On the morning of Tuesday, June 4, 2024, the Rector of the University, Professor Boufendi Tawfik, participated in the official opening of the activities of the National Forum entitled “Transparency of Public Life and its Role in Promoting Electoral Practice,” which was hosted by the University of Mohamed Lamine Debaghine Setif 2, and organized by the National Federation for Higher Education and Scientific Research in coordination With the University of Mohamed Lamine Dabbaghine Setif 2, where its opening was supervised by the Head of the Supreme Authority for Transparency, Prevention and Combating of Corruption, Mrs. Salima Mesrati, and the Governor of the State of Setif, Mr. Mustapha Limani, in the presence of the civil and security state authorities, representatives of Parliament, the revolutionary family, the judicial family, The university community, civil society activities and the media community.
