Activities of celebration of the International Day of Women and Girls in the scientific and practical field at Skikda University, Tuesday, March 05, 2024
On the occasion of the International Day of Women and Girls in the Scientific and Practical Field, this morning, Tuesday, March 5, 2024, the Alliance for National Student Renewal (AREN_Skikda) was organized at the lecture hall level of the Masoud Boukadoum Complex, in coordination with the ECO_Mind Scientific Club.
Activities of the distinguished event “She” in honor of female students, professors and employees at the university under the slogan “You are beautiful and knowledge has made you more beautiful” and in the presence of the Deputy of the State Popular Council, and representatives of the Mujahideen Directorate, Environment Directorate, University Services Directorate, Skikda Radio, Civil Society, Dean of the Faculty of Law And Political Sciences, Dean of the Faculty of Technology, University Residency Directors, representatives of student organizations and the media community, and with the participation of the University Rector, Professor Boufendi Tawfiq.
During these events, several interventions were made by the invitees about their professional careers, and an exhibition of craftswomen was also displayed.
The International Day of Women and Girls in Science thus aims to connect the international community with women and girls in the field of science and to strengthen the links between science, politics and society in order to achieve general guidelines directed towards the future.
