Awareness day activities on the Sahrawi issue under the slogan Western Sahara between establishment and liberation ,Monday 26 February 2024

 

In conjunction with the commemoration of the forty-eighth anniversary of the declaration of the establishment of the Sahrawi Arab Republic, the morning of Monday, February 26, 2024, at the level of the lecture hall of the Masoud Boukadoum Complex, the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences, in coordination with the Free Algerian Student Organization, the Skikda State Office, and the Office of Sahrawi Students Studying at the University of Skikda, organized awareness-raising day activities On the Sahrawi issue under the slogan of Western Sahara between establishment and liberation

The event began with a standing ovation for the Algerian and Sahrawi anthems, followed after that by a number of valuable words and interventions about the historical path of the Sahrawi issue. The Rector of the University, in his speech, extended his thanks to all the contributors to organizing this valuable initiative, emphasizing in his speech that the university’s doors remain open to all, and that Algeria always remains Its position is firm and supportive towards the Sahrawi issue, and this is in order to dedicate the people’s right to self-determination, wishing success, victory and freedom for both the Sahrawi and Palestinian people.

During this occasion, a traditional exhibition was displayed in order to shed light on the authentic Sahrawi culture, and introductory brochures were distributed about the Sahrawi issue.
In conclusion, all participants in these events were honored.
