A consultative coordination meeting of the university director with the branches of the professors’ and workers’ unions of the General Union of Algerian Workers (UGTA Skikda)

Within the framework of the consultative meetings with the social partner regarding the renewal of the Social Services Committee of the University of Skikda on August 20, 1955, a consultative meeting was held today evening, headed by the University Rector, Professor Boufendi Tawfiq, with representatives of the trade union branch of the National Federation of Higher Education Teachers (FNESRS) and representatives of the trade union branch of the General Union of Algerian Workers (UGTA Skikda), in the presence of Mr. Secretary General of the University and Deputy Director in charge of External Relations, this is in order to present proposals on how to proceed and organize the process of elections for the renewal of the Social Services Committee, in an atmosphere dominated by effective dialogue and a spirit of responsibility in order to preserve the gains of the university family.
