A field visit by His Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of Zimbabwe to the University of Skikda on Sunday, April 28, 2024
This morning, Sunday, April 28, 2024, the Ambassador of the State of Zimbabwe to Algeria, accompanied by a high-level delegation, visited the University of Skikda, where they were received by the Rector of the University, in the presence of the Director of University Services, the administrative staff of the University, and a number of students from the State of Zimbabwe. This visit falls within the context of communication with Students and learn more about the university’s frameworks in order to exchange knowledge and establish relationships within the framework of scientific research.
The Rector of the University welcomed the Ambassador and his accompanying delegation, thanking him for the visit he made to the University of Skikda. He stressed during his conversation with the Ambassador that it would have positive results in the near future, especially in concluding the conclusion of cooperation agreements and exchange of experiences between the University of Skikda and the universities of Zimbabwe. In turn, he thanked the Rector of the University and The administrative staff wich was very welcoming and hospitable, expressing great admiration for the university and its strategic location. he praised all the financial and pedagogical support provided by the University of Skikda to Zimbabwean students, especially with regard to study conditions and university accommodation.
In their speech, the Zimbabwean students also expressed their gratitude and gratitude for the tremendous efforts made by the university administration and university services during their academic journey at the university.
the Ambassador also visited the university garden and the museum located at the level of the botanical generalization pole, where they received important and accurate explanations about the history of the important scientific heritage it contains.
