In implementation of the instructions of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research related to supporting and accompanying students to implement their projects, and within the framework of Resolution 1275 related to the mechanism for obtaining a start-up institution certificate/patent, the Skikda University Incubator obtained a label on August 20, 1955 for an innovative project from the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, emerging institutions and small institutions (label projet). innovant) for a project by students from the Department of Electrical Engineering, College of Technology
